CowboyUp Websites is a family owned business and we respect your privacy. Any information that you divulge to us is kept in strict confidence.
When you access our web site we may collect certain anonymous information relating to such access which allows us to provide a better web site experience. We do not collect or store personally identifiable information on our web site or otherwise unless you choose to give it to us via an electronic mail message or contact form. Even when you choose to give us information, we keep it confidential.
CowboyUp Websites does not sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose mailing lists or other personally identifiable information. Persons who supply us with their telephone numbers or email address online may receive telephone/email contact from us with information regarding orders they have placed. However, we do not provide this information to anyone else unless you have given us your permission.
E-Mail Permission:
When giving us your email address you hereby allow us to send you periodic email notices of closeouts and specials we offer. We do not rent or sell your name or address. You also grant your permission for our tagline on product and use of piece in our advertising. You may opt out of our email list at any time.
No spam. No secret third-party email. No selling, loaning, sharing or any other "ing" of your personal information.
Information that is collected during the process of completing your product for delivery:
- All precautions will be taken to safeguard your information and photos. All original materials will be returned to you at the time of delivery or before.
- All files will be deleted from the business computer within one month of the end of our working relationship.
- One copy of your product may be kept for archival purposes.

Security Policy
CowboyUp Websites takes precautions that we deem reasonable and appropriate to maintain the security of personal information in our possession. However, we cannot assume responsibility for a compromise of the security. We do not maintain control over information in the possession of third parties.
